1. Fees

Any applicable fees will be communicated to customers before payment or before entering into the applicable financial arrangement.

During the initial launch promotion, eligible qualifying customers may receive a platform-fee waiver.

Any future platform, verification, processing or other applicable fee will be clearly disclosed before it becomes payable.

 

2. First 100 Customers

RupayAid may offer a promotional platform-fee waiver to the first 100 qualifying customers.

The applicable eligibility conditions and end date of the promotion may be published or communicated separately.

 

3. Verification Fee

Where a verification fee applies, the amount, purpose, payment timing and refund conditions will be communicated before payment.

Payment of a verification fee does not guarantee approval, disbursement or a particular financial-support amount.

 

4. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an application before disbursement, subject to the applicable product terms.

Cancellation after disbursement will be handled according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.

 

5. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the applicable terms and the payment method used.

Fees that have already been legitimately incurred may not be refundable where permitted by the applicable terms and law.

 

6. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers may have specific eligibility conditions.

RupayAid reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to customers.
