RupayAid is a platform designed to provide simple and transparent financial support for people facing temporary financial challenges. Our goal is to make the process clear, supportive and easy to understand.

Individuals who are facing a temporary financial need and meet RupayAid’s eligibility and verification requirements can apply. Approval and the amount available will depend on the individual assessment.

 The process is simple:
Apply → Provide required information → Complete verification → Assessment → Approval → Disbursement → Repayment.

You will need to provide basic personal information and the documents required for identity and eligibility verification. The exact requirements may vary depending on your application.

 Applications are reviewed based on the information provided, verification results, eligibility, repayment capacity and other applicable assessment criteria. Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee approval or a specific amount.

Once an application is approved and all required formalities are completed, the approved amount is disbursed through the designated and approved payment/banking process.

Once the support is provided, you will receive the applicable repayment schedule and payment details. Repayments should be made through the official RupayAid payment channel provided to you.

For our initial launch, the first 100 qualifying customers will have no platform fee. Other applicable fees, including the planned ₹365 platform fee and ₹999 verification fee, will be clearly communicated before they apply. Fees and terms are subject to the applicable product and final approval.

Community Lending is a planned RupayAid feature that allows eligible people who want to help others financially to participate through a structured lending model, instead of personally lending money to friends or family. RupayAid would manage the applicable process, including repayment follow-up, subject to the final legal and regulatory structure.

 Individuals who meet the applicable eligibility, verification and regulatory requirements may be able to become Lending Partners. The Community Lending feature is planned for a future phase, and further details will be announced once the required structure and approvals are in place.
