RupayAid is a financial support platform operated by RupayAid, having its registered office at 80, 3^rd Floor, AK Complex, Kamatchi Amman Kovil Street, Above Canara Bank, Heritage town, Puducherry.

2. Eligibility

To use RupayAid services, you must:

Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee approval or disbursement.

You agree that all information provided to RupayAid is accurate, complete and current.

You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Submit documents belonging to another person.
• Create duplicate or fraudulent applications.
• Misrepresent your financial circumstances.
• Attempt to manipulate the application or referral process.

RupayAid may reject or discontinue an application if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious or cannot be verified.

4. Application and Assessment

Submitting an application does not create an entitlement to receive financial support.

Applications may be assessed based on applicable eligibility criteria, verification results, financial information, repayment capacity, previous repayment history and other approved assessment criteria.

RupayAid may approve, decline or modify the requested amount based on the applicable assessment process.

5. Verification / KYC

Customers may be required to complete identity, address, bank account and other applicable verification procedures.

The documents and information required will depend on the applicable product and regulatory requirements.

RupayAid may use authorised service providers or regulated partners for verification where permitted.

6. Approval and Disbursement

Where an application is approved, the customer will receive the applicable terms before disbursement.

Disbursement will take place only after completion of all required formalities and through the approved payment/banking mechanism.

Approval is not a guarantee that funds will be disbursed until all applicable conditions are completed.

7. Repayment

Customers are responsible for making repayments according to the repayment schedule provided to them.

Payments must be made only through the official payment channel communicated by RupayAid.

Customers should retain payment confirmations and transaction references.

8. Fees and Charges

Applicable fees and charges will be communicated to the customer before they become payable.

During the initial promotional period, eligible customers may receive a waiver of the platform fee as specified in the applicable offer.

Any verification fee, platform fee, interest, processing charge or other applicable charge will be communicated separately and will be subject to the applicable product terms and regulatory requirements.

9. No Guarantee

RupayAid does not guarantee:

• Approval of an application.
• A particular financial-support amount.
• A particular interest rate.
• A particular processing time.
• Acceptance of every application.

10. Referral Programme

Where a referral programme is offered, eligibility for any referral benefit will depend on the applicable referral terms.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals and referrals that do not meet the qualifying criteria may not be counted.

RupayAid reserves the right to reject or cancel fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

11. Community Lending

Community Lending is a planned/limited feature of RupayAid and may only be made available after the applicable legal, regulatory and operational requirements have been satisfied.

Participation as a Lending Partner does not guarantee repayment, interest or return unless expressly provided under an approved and legally valid arrangement.

Separate terms and risk disclosures will apply to Community Lending.

12. Website Content

Information on the website is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.

RupayAid may modify, suspend or discontinue any website content, service or feature where reasonably necessary.

13. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use RupayAid for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Submit fraudulent documents.
• Misuse referral programmes.
• Impersonate another person.
